Pros

Schedule CAN be flexible, your own office.

Cons

Management is very disconnected from what’s actually going on. Pay is far below industry average and they won’t top you out unless you do “extra projects”.

Pros

There is no pros here.

Cons

Understaffed, low pay raises. Took away the good latex gloves and left us with crappy gloves that rip. The tags crumple up in the scales and stick. The tags stick to your gloves and rip them. The morning crew leaves a mess for you to clean up when they leave. They watch you like a hawk with the new zebra tool that tracks if you got the temperature. Management will not ever let you transfer out of this department. They don't care if your co-worker disseminates and lies to try to get you fired. They will keep all the mentally crazy workers because they do not want to deal with hiring more people because no one wants to work in the deli. They don't care if you are lazy as long as they don't have to hire anyone else. Management loves to sit in their office on their fat butts because it's not their problem. DON'T WORK HERE!!!! It will stress you out beyond belief.
