12 hour shifts sitting for long periods of time in front of a screen. Memorizing different protocols for about 15+/- jobs in one title.

The agency wants to provide the positions to alow for lower case loads! Your units become family! 3 types of leave (annual, family/personal, and sick) Wants you to have a work/life balance Promotes Mental Health Care and Self-Care

Cons

Currently due to worker shortages workers are carrying higher than normal caseload which leads to more stress.
