      Fantastic benefits. Great hours. Summers off with option to work summer programs

      Cons

      Lots of turn over. No pay during off summer months and double benefits taken out at beginning of school year to make up for summer benefits. Have to use PTO to be paid in snow days, winter break, spring break etc.

      A common reason good employees leave is due to inefficient or unskilled management. All employees want others to hear and value their opinions, and they can become frustrated if their managers or department leaders are not open to their input. Nothing will kill a great employee faster than watching you tolerate a bad one.
