      Pros

      Flexible schedule, opportunity to travel, expenses paid, family oriented work environment, pay based off own effort, great opportunity to have a career serving the community.

      Cons

      Poor communication amongst management (but improving), lack of official training program (also improving).

      Pros

      This is such a great company, it's so refreshing to work for a place that respects my input, and I truly get to help customers. The rewards are vast, and this is truly one of the best working experiences I have had in my professional career.

      Rough company to work at!

      Pros

      There is not any really pros at this company other then you get to work on your own and you don't have to be in an office so that a plus.

      Cons

      1.very little pay 2. The other employees will try to help put they are just trying to make it through the week without getting fired something you always have to worry about. 3. Management says they are there to support you but to them you are just replaceable with someone else they usually know as much or as little then you know because they where just hired but won't be there in 90 days either when the guarantee runs out
