      Pros

      I cant say enough good about Freedom Motors. This place has given me so many opportunities to take the lead on things and blaze my own trail while giving me all the tools necessary to do it! I know that this job has given me the freedom to develop my skills after college

      Cons

      It does give you the freedom to do your own thing so if your someone who needs direction in their job this isn't really the place for you but if your a go-getter and you can take charge on your own you can make it the greatest job ever!

      An excellent family owned company which really values its employees

      Pros

      Freedom Motors has an excellent company culture and everyone truly is treated like family. You're helping people gain access to wheelchair accessible vehicles which could change their lives for the better. Management has a great open door policy and they are open to new ideas and projects.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. The work load can get heavy at times but that can be expected.
