Such a Great Opportunity

Pros

Great products that make it exciting to market and advertise. Willing to try new digital advertising channels which is great for professional growth. New management in the past year has made a big difference across the company. Continuing education (across departments) is a nice benefit.

Cons

Days can get hectic as products, offers, processes can change quickly, but that's with any dealership or company. Earning time off with each pay period is a plus for some, but tough for others used to different systems.

The worst

Pros

Some of the good people that work there.

Cons

The company is poorly managed. The owner hasn’t a clue how to treat valuable employees. This place is ran like a used car lot in the ghetto. The vehicles are all 2’s and 3’s from the auction. They spend most of time putting bandages on repairs instead of fixing them, leaving customers furious and left hanging. The building is a joke. The sales desks are in a garage with nasty used furniture from an auction. You spend most of your time walking around so you don’t have to inhale the fumes from the shop. Pay check was wrong about a dozen times. There is only one person that can help you in the office and if by chance they are even at work you’re lucky. HR was a joke. It took days to get answers from them. While the managers were running around like crazy people the office was either gone for the day at 1pm or out to lunch for 2.5 hours. The territory’s are all set up for the veterans that work there. The leads are all generated and given out to the veterans as well. Leaves you no chance to even get close to your numbers. The vans that they sell are garbage. They unplug wires to get lights to shut off. The pay structure is a joke. And the over priced add-on extras are a joke. Half the time they didn’t even have them on the vehicle. I’m not sure how the owner sleeps at night knowing handicapped individuals are driving around in these vans that are extremely unsafe. 60% of them have plugs in the tires as well as electrical issues. If you’re thinking of applying. DON’T ! Do yourself a favor and keep looking. It will save you the headache. And if for some reason you do apply. Ask them how many people they got rid of due to Covid-19 It will shock you.
