We also appreciate your feedback regarding hours and compensation. Work life balance and competitive pay are both areas of importance for Freeman. We recently introduced an unlimited PTO program to encourage people to take time off as needed, and our HR team works with the business to support equitable and fair compensation for both new hires and promotions.
