Pros

Good Benefits which include medical, dental, 401, ESOP, PTO and EIB (Extended Illness Benefit). The company also provides a lot of internal training. Most employees are good team players.

Cons

Too many hours. They keep a lean staff and work people into the ground which is not good for quality or productivity. Some staff, especially management, do not pull their weight and get away with it.

Pros

Lots of great creative people to work with, the perfect place to start if you are a recent college graduate.

Cons

Long hours, promotions seem to be based on who you know (your family connection) not what you accomplished, no real path to career development, keep non productive angry managers on instead of letting them go. No real work/life balance. The CEO is completely different from when I worked there so maybe the culture is different.
