Pros

The industry is very interesting as you can work with clients from all different industries. If you like to travel it would be very good as well.

Cons

Sometimes the management seems out of touch with the day to day worker. Some strategic decisions don't seem to make sense, and are hastily explained away in town hall meetings.

Awesome Company!

Pros

They really listen to the employee. Though some of the company still has the "old guard" philosophy, the influx of new blood at the executive level has helped to make necessary industry changes to keep ahead of the competition, while keeping the feel of the company still "family" based.

Cons

Slow to make some changes that need to be made quicker to stay ahead of the curve.
