Pros

I think there is a lot of opportunity working for Freeport, especially starting your career. Easy to move around if you wanted.

Cons

It is almost mandatory to move around other sites of you want to move up to a supervisor position. But that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Pros

Good pay, Lots of time off. Climax is it's own little family.

Cons

A lot of turnover- mostly due to location; it's a bad idea to take a position "to get your foot in the door" as you might never get the opportunity you hope for.
