Pros
The pay is excellent. The people you work with are extremely mosey and may cross the lines to get in your personal business that has nothing to do with your job or their job.
Cons
Good ole boy system and lots of politics in the office. Lots of favoritism and that determines who gets promoted and a raise. It used to be on merit and who actually worked but not anymore. You just have to be good friends with your boss and you are promoted. You don't have to know anything or be knowledgeable just become good friends with the boss.
