Pros

The company puts a lot of focus on safety. Extremely good benefits. The work-life balance improved over time and the company really put forth the effort to make this happen. Great people to work with who are very knowledgeable. For the most part everyone brought a good attitude to work. Very good leadership from the top down. A good amount of focus on professional development. Welcoming of new ideas and very forward thinking company.

Cons

Work-life balance definitely depended on specific role and site you were at. 2 weeks paternity leave was nice but could be more. Remote locations and the pay has not increased enough to retain people in these areas, especially those with families.
