Good Projects, Quality mines, competent people are passed up for DEI promotions. Competent people are leaving for better jobs.

Cons

Drug/alcohol use at work, DEI with drug/alcohol use destroyed Company Integrity. Work/Life Balance

Pros

Provides more than adequate training. The engineering group works 4-10s which is nice. The current GM does a very good job.

Cons

Being on call can be inconvenient but the engineering group does have a schedule and it rotates who is on call.
