Pros

Great people, great projects, and great company. I can't imagine myself working anywhere else. They take care of their employees, promote from within, and reward hard work. My plan is to spend the rest of my career here. I have no reason to leave, even if others offer me more money. I love showing up to work every day and you can't put a price on that. But speaking of pay, they are very good about keeping up with industry standards, or exceeding them.

Cons

I think they should make more people principals, especially non-civil engineers. This is a very small con though.
