Pros

Solid firm with good leadership and a strong sense of ethics. They trust their employees to do what is right and expect excellence and concern for internal and external clients.

Cons

Difficult path to advancement unless you are an engineer. The firm tends to have a low turnover rate, so advancement requires growth in business.
