Pros

Goal oriented, ethical, professional as well as family oriented. A fun place to work as well as given many opportunities for personal growth through courses provided.

Cons

Don’t really have any other than the pay scale could’ve been better for the department. I know there are budgets to follow, but showing recognition with higher raises would’ve been nice.
