Pros

I am at a loss of words here.

Cons

I gave the 2 week notice for my voluntary separation and 2 days later, management sent me home with a 2-hr notice to pack and leave the company premises. I was planning to properly hand off or complete ongoing projects but didn’t have a chance to do that and properly say goodbyes to some of my colleagues.

Pros

Flex time, average benefits. Average salary.

Cons

My fellow coworkers were very petty, political, backstabbers. Office politics was terrible. Could not recommend working in this group. Some parts of the company were ok - other parts - not so much.

Pros

There is always someone to ask if you have a question. Getting it done right is more important than profit You are never put in ethical dilemmas. You have the option to get paid for overtime or bank away those hours for vacation.

Cons

If you have to cover a spouse and kids, the health insurance premium as of 2017 is about $715/month witheld from your paycheck.
