The Charlotte office is a great meeting place of corporate meets small firm. The local office is small enough that everyone interacts and gets to know one another while being part of a larger company. Each office I have been to has its own vibe but they all seem to have a great culture!

Cons

Being in one of the offices outside of Texas, it can sometimes be difficult to know who to turn to when you need help from outside NC.
