      Commission based,Nice work atmosphere .

      Cons

      No matter how many times you hit goal or over goal they don’t give you any bonus and not even a good job . Simply sell more, no raises , cost of living increase or incentive .Upper management simply doesn’t care ,but the minute you miss goal you are micromanaged . Their reply is simply Sell more.
