If you’re in an area where you’re unable to make minimum required which they don’t tell you about you get no commission. This is why people leave the company. And the way they handle moving people up. They move them up and say you’re on your own and managers. Dms. They all are not taught what to do and literally have to figure it out in their own. Which makes things worse for the branch managers and employees because managers don’t know what they are doing. Dms don’t know what they are doing and vps and presidents don’t care because it’s under them.
