      Freeway recognizes and rewards its employees through various contests and events. -Great opportunities to move up in the company. -There is no other insurance agency that funnels leads to their sales team like Freeway. If you can sell over the phone, you can make money! -The reporting and insight Freeway gives into our day-to-day operations is industry leading.

      Cons

      -If you are looking for a job where you can sit behind a computer and not put in the work, you will not be successful, and this is not the company for you.

      Pros

      Freeway Insurance, has 401k, medical, dental and vision benefits. We have paid vacation for every team member. Hours are normal business hours, and we have very competitive pay. Work life balance is important to me, and I actually have that here. Being recognized for your hard work is a way of life for freeway. I highly recommend this company.

      Vacation time is accumulated not just given to you after a year.

      Pros

      Bluefire sponsorship was excellent. Good prizes (even though I didn't win anything. Food got a 7 in my book.

      Cons

      One thing I didn't like was the beverages; wine and soda only. Not good.
