Pros

Freeway has unlimited earning potential and opportunity to advance especially as fast as we are growing. Everyone is a family here. Avg top producers makes 50k - 70k plus. Health benefits, excellent training. Phones don't stop ringing and more leads as many times as you can click get next. Stop by and meet everyone and see for yourself. I have the best managers anyone could ask for and all been here 5 -9years.

Cons

People that don't succeed don't realize sales is not easy. Give it time and never give up. Our top producers didn't give up most are now managers. Making great money and spending time with family. If your looking to make just hourly rate and want things handed to you not the place for you. If you want to control your own destiny let us be your partner.

There are no Pros at this job it is simply a stepping stone or something to hold you over until you find something better. I do not see any longevity with this company.

Cons

Low base pay low commission structure poor management lack of management no district manager

Experience, licensing, and created better job opportunities for me. Great experience to learn everything the hard way to finally work professionally in sales now in the present.

Cons

Unprofessional boss, learned many ways to cheat the system, and customers. Inequality. High sales expectations and broker fee for low paychecks. So much to write, left when I had a chance.
