Pros

The possibility of earning commissions up to 35%. New leads daily. Base hourly pay higher than minimum wage. Company helps all new hires get licensed through the state - limited lines only.

Cons

Unprofessional and unethical practices from mangers and other sales agents. Discrepancies in commission pay versus quota required to make commission.

I got free licensing

Pros

-You get payed to study in front of a computer for 8 hours a day for the first 6 weeks -They pay for your license to become a personal lines broker/agent -Fun environment -Staff and management mas very cool -Commission based job If you are good with sells and have a high school diploma this may be a good career for you. It doesn't require college work or a degree.

Cons

-Competitive Brokers/co-workers - You get paid minimum wage during training -If you don't sell enough even after licensing you only get paid minimum wage
