      Everything is done to high standards. Project development follows a well-defined path with clear objectives. The work environment is friendly and because it is a small company, one can learn a lot and grow professionally.

      may be difficult for entry-level engineers but if you are highly motivated you can succeed.

      Pros

      My experience at Freezer Engineering has been nothing but amazing. Both the owners are super involved and want you to succeed. It’s amazing place to start your career and the work is structured while expectations are clear. Jennifer is an absolute gem! Her and Matt are both great to work for and we frequently get free lunch.

      Good base pay. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and management skills at the owner/operator level. Senior management has no engineering background, which results in consistent poor decision making. Politics and other inappropriate topics are constantly preached by senior management. Confrontational management style used to intimidate employees, this resulted in many people leaving during my time. Stressful work environment.
