Pros
I really enjoyed the work that I did with Freezer. The CEO has a lot of variety in the type of projects he gets between industries and and is a natural salesman. He’s also great to collaborate with and very forward thinking. I am grateful for the opportunity I had to work with Freezer and all of the knowledge I gained in the role I worked.
Cons
Many red flags with this company I didn’t recognize before taking an offer. Lack of management and understaffing due to an extremely high turnover rate. They will hire/fire people as it benefits their bottom line without hesitation, so they never develop a core team. Because of this, employees are forced to wear many different hats that were not in the original job expectations. HR is an absolute nightmare, was extremely rude to everyone through most of my employment. The CEO is overworked and instead of hiring people to help him out and build a team, most times they expect you to pick up the slack of his 80+ hour work weeks.
