Pros

I met and worked with some of the best people. Everyone for the most part is genuine, great to work with, and goal oriented.

Cons

Lack of direction and inconsistent communication from marketing/leadership trickled down and caused unnecessary stress, rushed work and constant confusion. When covid hit and everyone had to go remote, this really emphasized the lack of communication from marketing, the lack of trust between leadership and employees, and holes in the campaign process.

hk fresh office, a convenient location to commute

- terrible management, messy strategy, zero direction - strong favouritism of gm, which depresses the majority of the team, the most talented all left - heavy workload as plans change everyday, one single project restarts from scratch again and again - poor pay, no development and growth opportunity - a sinking ship, deeper, deeper and deeper discount is the only weapon in hands
