Some really great colleagues, amazing products, great discount, and parties

Cons

There are a lot of people who ruin the culture there, because they aren't good at their jobs or their personality clashes with the rest of their team. Mostly, it's people at the top who get there by knowing someone or they were promoted for non-merit based reasons. There's a lot of sketchy things happening behind the scenes that the staff finds out about and it creates silent chaos.

Great discount, wonderful founders, some pretty amazing coworkers

Cons

Upper management plays favorites and there was a lot of distrust and backstabbing happening. Did not really encourage people to rise to their full potential when in the end if you're not their favorite it won't matter at all how hard you worked.

Great discount and products;Retail community sticks together & offers support; co-founders are wonderful people

Cons

Unfortunatly there are too many to post, upper management aka "Corporate" and DOR do not understand how thier retail locations operate. It is a more "do as we say, not as we do" environment , a far cry from the hospitality aspect they speak too. Support is only shown & offered to those they favor. "Bonus" structure changes to often & is extremely unattainable. DOR should be replaced.
