Pros

I’m lucky as my direct manager is a really good boss and I enjoy working for them. Gratis product, LVMH benefits.

Cons

Lack of leadership that you can trust, do not walk the talk as far as community, people. The company is hemorrhaging employees yet leadership doesn’t seem to be concerned about doing anything to retain talent. Below market pay.

Pros

Great pay and benefits (ultimately not worth the stress of the workload!) Cool office and fun work events

Cons

Very political office environment and the cross functional teams are never are the same page so you end up doing more work than necessary because execs are always changing their minds about direction of the plan
