This company offers delivery employees extremely poor salary and benefits package, inadequate training on safety procedures and supplies their personal with dangerous vehicles and delivery equipment. There is no due diligence at the field management level and managers have a tendency to intimidate employees.

Terrible senior leadership. None wants to take responsibility and continue to turn the other way when there are problems with the staff. The drivers come and go all the time and the management in the transportation department belittle you and make you feel like your worthless. Al is one of the most unprofessional and racist managers you'll want to work for. When you report him, nothing happens because they think we employees are telling lies. They aren't the ones in the heat and cold day after day working for a 12 an hour trying to feed their families. No real pay here - they pay you bare minimum while other places start at 15. They tell you they care but when I was interviewed I interviewed with 20 other people and they only picked 2 but they needed 10. The managers laughed at one guy behind his back and called him a queer
