Pros

Very fast paced and busy work environment.

Cons

Leadership is very unjust in their actions, many things are swept under the rug at local facilities. It’s a game of favorites and your job is never really safe. One week you will receive a company wide thank you for driving and completing major projects and the next your job is eliminated.

Pros

It's customers. Other than that no Pro's anymore since change of sales leadership and Will Fulghom left.

Cons

Over criticized, micro managed sales staff, sales training is from someone not specialized in sales, clique like with favored under qualified coordinating staff for multi unit accounts, place has become gossip central. Very negative environment.
