Pros

Pretty good starting Salary. Work with a young outgoing team. Gain good experience for sales, customer service, and management skills for your next job.

Cons

No upward mobility. The last person that got promoted out of this department went to driver check in, doesn't seem like an ideal promotion. Only people that get promoted are higher up's by placing new titles and new responsibility under them selves. Outside sales team are old and outdated, they feel threatened by young inside sales team so that don't treat you all that well and they have no problems throwing you under the bus. Strict rules in the department that don't like seeing you out of your seat, minimal downtime and phones never stop ringing till 5pm on the dot. Did I mention how great and appreciated our customers are? Psych, they constantly complain and don't speak well enough English and love when you can't understand them. You also work weekends.

Pros

Good insurance, 401K matching, Vacation is good if you are here 15+ years

Cons

No employee appreciation and everyone seems to be replaceable in management's eyes. Asked to work weekends and extra hours on month end. Was "promoted" with a new job title and not given a raise nor offered an office. No flexibility to work remote even though I come to my cubicle and really don't collaborate with anyone any differently then I would via Microsoft Teams (but they expect me to work from home on weekends when they need me). It's just not an enjoyable place to work and COVID made me realize this. My manager values me A LOT as does my CFO, but that doesn't equate to any freedom to work remotely (not even one day a week) nor is it recognized with a pay increase. Just tired of being taking advantage of.
