One of the worst companies to work for. Frequent layoffs. Mainly every 6 months Hire and fire culture even if you are performing well, you will be fired in the name of cost cutting and AI Efficiency. Too much pressure on devs to do dev+qa If you have another offer, please stay away from Freshworks. It's all downhill from here on
