1. Good Work-life balance 2. Flexible times 3. Food benefits if you go to office regularly That's all

Cons

1. Flexible times - in the name of releases they suck your mental piece. 24x7 people do the releases they don't even you rest properly in the midnight. Some time they will let you sleep at 2am and ask you to attend release war room at 5am. 2. They will put 45 days window after you separate from the company and will not release your pending salary even after 40days of separation. 3. They don't have proper HR management. 4. They don't have proper post separation process or people to finish the process quicker. 5. They don't proper skill upgrade plans for employees.

Below par salary for old guys After you reach Lead position, manager will come and convince you to take Technical Program Manager role with reason you are QA and having no dev experience. Involvement into framework development is minimal as most of the base work is completed.
