      Competitive pay, professional development opportunities, flexible work schedule, generous vacation time, private and profitable company with a strong focus on safety and sustainability. Also a very stable company with diversification in many markets.

      There is opportunity for improvement in the area of onboarding, manager development and overall better communication & planning.

      Pay is decent You generally work alone, unless one of the women are in s bad mood. If so, they will approach you to let you know that you such at life. But if you can get the freudenberg queens to leave you alone, then your golden. If not, you'll be in the unemployment line. Things

      Morale Tense atmosphere Gossiping Cliques Management couldn't care any less for their employees. Supervisors are generally decent, but they aren't given any room to use their own discretion on things. Their hands are tied. Hr treats everyone below them as children. Only I would hope they have a more caring approach when it comes to children. Work life balance is totally heavy on the work side. Your life including friends, wife/ husband, kids, will have to take a backseat until you gain a little seniority so that you don't have to carry the pager phone. Until then you will likely be there almost everyday
