Pros

The good: Nearly everyone is nice and it's very easy to make work friends. The machines are easy to run. Food and games are provided on holidays. Pay is pretty good for what the job entails.

Cons

The bad: I was told conflicting info about shift length when starting. At first, I was told 4x10 shifts, no Fridays. Then I was told about occasional overtime, and that turned into MANDATORY overtime. Work shifts are now 4x12, and there's not enough time after work to go home, wind down, and get proper sleep for the next night. Drama runs rampant through the lines. Coworkers sometimes want to push their work off on you/claim it isn't their job to fix something small. Line WILL NOT shut down if multiple coworkers get covid. Management keeps moving production goalposts. Turnover rate is extremely high. Very little opportunity for upward mobility.

Pros

The pay is better than most warehouses in my area, and the job itself can be pretty easy. They also promote within the company.

Cons

Management definitely has some issues, as they seem to play favorites and sometimes, dont really know what theyre talking about.
