Disappointing Employer

Pros

Although lower on the scale, pay is decent. Benefits are excellent. President encourages employees to give back to the community.

Cons

Hours were long. Management is not concerned with work life balance. Work comes before people. Only management receives bonuses. Favoritism is obvious across all departments.

Pros

Working with peers and underlings, world travel, excellent local management at Lead Center level

Cons

Salary on cheap side for experience and market conditions, top management in Germany is extremely overconfident, lots of employee turnover due to salary.
