long hours, the quality of experience depends on the school you work at, very disorganized, stressful/ chaotic work environment

I have no good things to say about this school. I will say that I like one or two of the teachers.

Cons

It is a factory that's sole purpose is to recieve funding from DCPS. Unexperienced teachers, no PD for current teachers, challenging behavior frrom students with no support for teachers.
