Pros

Central office was pretty reliable when it came to helping with any payroll or benefit issues.

Cons

Schools are under resourced, and teachers do not receive enough support or training to meet the needs of students. Behavioral support staff and special educators were overwhelmed with large case loads of high needs students. Safety concerns are not managed proactively. Salaries are lower than DCPS.
