The patients/elderly are extremely aggressive. They yell constantly and hit the nursing staff. I don't know how anyone can work there. There are constant meetings/orientations/certifications that people are supposed to go to (for a janitorial job? Really?) Also, you have to take a tuberculosis test for some reason.
