flexible hours during the day, not much super vision

Cons

your just a body at the end of the day the company dosent really care about you. they dont like it if you miss work even if its to stay home with sick children.

Management could be better. Long hours. Never knew what you were walking into. Coworkers constantly talking bad about other coworkers
