Pros

this is five word s

Cons

everyone gets paid the same regardless of merit , ability, or time with. no raises, bonus. no incentives to do more than minimum outside a carrot of "leadership" opportunity that more than likely will never come .

Pros

Weekly pay Don’t need a degree to make ok pay

Cons

Mislead information during hiring process Early hours (start time range from 2-6am) Unprofessional management (don’t know ANYTHING) Mislead, Poor Management. Was told I could move into a position I qualify for once it opens during the interview, but when the time came I was told I had to be in my current low position, that I over qualify for, for 18months. Turnover rate is high due to ridiculous hours and expectations. Mngmt says it’s a flexible job, yet being 30 mins late can lead to termination (crazy because there’s no “punch in” or specified time). —CSS Philadelphia

Pros

Pay and benefits. Co workers. Travel.

Cons

Management was HORRIBLE. The worst management team in the entire region! District 446 management would literally blame anybody else but themselves for their mistakes even if obviously their fault they would find a way to blame it on the employees.
