Great team ,great management ,alot of money can be made alottttt

Cons

Mentally to much ,hard job ,tough task , forced schedules ,not a typical mon -fri you will work weekends & 12 hour shifts forced

Pros

Overtime readily available if you want it. Pays very well in the industry. A few incredibly talented and dedicated co workers.

Cons

Horrible management with conflicting agendas. Favortisim. Forced to work overtime. Management unsteady, Only see position as a stepping stone. Expected to learn and memorize training quickly. Frequently scheduled to work on days off. Many/multiple ongoing issues with paychecks incorrectly calculated.(Missing hours)
