All of our postings state upfront that the role is entry-level sales with training provided, and every candidate receives a full company overview that explains pay structure, responsibilities, and advancement opportunities before they begin. Our team members are W-2 employees with transparent compensation and the chance to grow into leadership. While sales roles can be challenging and may not be the right fit for everyone, we stand behind the fact that our hiring and pay practices are clear and legitimate.
