Some of the people are fun

Literally, you are expected to pitch a “pop-up” booth in Walmart or HEB and stop (ie bother) random shoppers and try to sell them a Spectrum internet subscription. However, they DO NOT tell you this during the interview process no matter how many times you point blank ask for examples of the “events” and tasks. Instead, they want you to believe that you are receiving valuable marketing training and skills. Also, a red flag is that there are no desks or even seats and you have to just leave your purse/bag sitting along the wall by the door.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We want to be clear that our job descriptions are transparent from the start. Every posting clearly states entry-level, sales/project manager, training provided, etc and outlines that the role involves direct sales. We also provide a company overview before onboarding that explains responsibilities, compensation structure, and growth opportunities. We understand sales isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. However, we never misrepresent the role or “lie” about positions. Our goal is to give candidates the opportunity to learn sales, develop leadership skills, and grow into management roles through performance and training. We’ll continue working hard to ensure applicants understand the position so expectations are clear from the very beginning.

Front Page Agency was instrumental in my development as an individual and as a leader. The work environment is phenomenal, fostered by a truly inspiring and diverse culture. Beyond the excellent professional opportunities, it provided a supportive space where I could truly come out of my shell, becoming more extroverted and sharpening my interpersonal skills. I learned to take initiative and control, which directly led to achieving my goals and setting more ambitious ones. The experience was crucial in helping me become a great leader, teaching me how to manage teams and empower others to reach their full potential. The confidence and self-belief I gained from this role is invaluable. What stood out most was the incredible support system. The colleagues genuinely care, always encouraging you to push your limits and achieve your full potential. It truly felt like a family, with immense support from everyone.
