Great until it fell part, now it's unrecognizable.

Pros

Passionate, long term employees in the trenches making things happen for the customers.

Cons

Low pay compared to competitors. Loyalty is not rewarded. Late to the game with technology offerings.

Pros

Small company - you get to know everyone. Many dedicated and intelligent professionals. Flexible work hours. Room for creativity. Very friendly. Milpitas office was in a good location - close to restaurants and freeways.

Cons

Low pay for the industry, not a lot of opportunities for advancement; constant budget constraints means low raises and few perks. My supervisor was clueless, however, and did not even know what my job was. I was not sure what he did, as he was constantly walking around the office and making irrelevant conversation.
