Pros
There is no reason to work for FrontRange, unless you are absolutely stuck and can't find another job. IN that case, its better t han no job, just duck and cover.
Cons
The Management doesnt respect the customer, the partners or the employees. McCloskey came. and said he would grow the company in 2 years to over 100M; we just finally made it in 2007 through merger/acquistion - not through anything clever by the executive team. They had 2 great products- HEAT and GoldMine, and that suffered, and now fallen behind because most of the R&D is dumped in ailing ITSM. The original HEAT team has started a competiting product cherwell sottware - if you like that segment, maybe give them a call i nstead.
