Pros

Benefits, pay and bonuses were usually worth staying.

Cons

Absolutely no transparency and layoffs happened yearly. You never knew if you’d be next. They are extremely too heavy and cut the people who actually do the work. The executive team needs help majorly and the CEO is horrible. There’s absolutely no work life balance and they make you do 2-4 peoples jobs at once, all while giving you zero opportunities for career growth.
