Would like more talk of career progression - but feel like I could bring this up to my manager

Total compensation is competitive, people are nice, company is a good mix of stable old business (AHS) & new innovative startup (Frontdoor)

Cons

Old school leadership at the top, company would benefit if employees were listened to more. Benefits are dated - for example corporate wellness benefit is a discount on weight-watchers .
