Remote work. Awesome direct supervisors. Good Benefits.

Cons

Engineering ruined my entire team and my job. The people that work in engineering were amazing and were trying their best for a CTO that had no clue how to make good decisions.

Decent health benefits for most markets

Cons

401k contributions are embarrassing along with the ethics of the company. HR was out of touch and let employees of 30+ years run the show of abusive culture. My boss referred to herself as Darth Vader...pure evil. The business principals are lies and the customer is never first. Your sales quotas are constantly changed and commission structure is a joke. The company truly should be on a downward spiral. There are much better home service companies to align with, this one is a bully is all aspects.
