I have a great manager, so that really makes the difference for me in this review. I get support as needed, work independently most of the time, and am trusted to do my job (which I do). Benefits are good (health, 401K with a Roth option, which is great!), and PTO is flexible for my position.

Cons

Because things are always changing and it's a fast-paced environment, it does get a little chaotic at times, but I think that's to be expected in any kind of project-focused role.
